No Letting Go

15 years ago Kurt Cobain cut his life short. Nirvana’s Muddy Banks of Wiskah was the first album I ever bought in France. I was 11 at the time and used to go to the local record store in order to listen to that live album on those stand alone cd players. And so began my love affair with the band, I had the tee shirt (front cover of In Utero), the poster (the one of Kurt with the guitar, cigarette in mouth), and the cd’s. It’s a shame to see that the band isn’t around today. Rage have come back, Pearl Jam are still touring and Green Day are beginning to show their age, one can only dream where Nirvana would be today. Probably not making albums with Timbaland.
