I’m really digging the Golden Silvers, funky, chill vibe with a squeeze esque singing pattern. Friend of mine saw them live and they carry this sort of mature chilled vibe onstage. Either way they are very good, try and track down the Michachu remix of this song which sends it into space, fucking around with the vocals whilst slowing the beat. That girl is mad talented.

Ghosts

Versailles, a pretty good neighbourhood to come from. Even today, the current ROIS of that suburb are Phoenix. This is the second single from the album and is the best one they have done in ages.

Witness

French? Advant Garde? Music? Slightly amusing? I’m all on top of it. The Oizo album is quite good. His film making skills are interesting. He is multi talented. I would suggest not taking this seriously. Just listen to the beats in the background. Pourriture is my jam. Steroids is the best song Uffie has rapped on. I guess this is where there is a divergence between him and Sebastien Tellier. One goes pervy and the other goes advent garde. Either way its better than been known as that guy that did the song with the puppet, Flat Eric.

Bubble Gum

Apples are my favourite fruit. I guess plantains don’t count. Are they a fruit or a vegetable? Who cares?

p.s Why do all Deal or No Deal contestants look like they put their clothes on in the dark.
