My next choice of artist to look out for in 09 is La Roux. Known as the falsetto from the ghetto (mmm) she is a semi throwback to prince when doves cry era. Already supporting Lily allen on tour later on this year. Lead single Quicksand was released last month and is on the always stellar Kitsune compilations.
I will be popping down to yoyo to see her perform on the 5th of feb.
